Run the whole build in one room

thinkpool is the room for directing coding agents. Connect a small bridge on the machine that holds the project, then run Claude Code, Codex, or Hermes Agent across visible terminals. Start alone or invite a partner into the same live room. Free to start; €5/mo removes the hosted-room count cap and raises Dispatch from 3 to 6 active worker lanes per room.

Coordinate the whole build

One developer can run the room. Invite a partner and both people can watch and steer the same work without transferring context. The bridge has to be running for an agent terminal to do anything. With it off, the room is a read-only transcript.

Choose the runtime on your bridge

Run Claude Code, Codex, or Hermes Agent. Claude Code uses the host’s Anthropic login by default, or a registered Anthropic-compatible provider for that lane. Codex uses the host’s Codex/OpenAI login; custom bridge providers are not wired to Codex. Hermes Agent uses an isolated thinkpool ACP profile, set up before its first lane. The bridge does not include an agent, so install a supported runtime and its required login or credentials on the bridge machine.

Who it’s for

For developers already directing coding agents and tired of juggling hidden work across terminal caves.

What it costs

Free includes one active hosted room and up to 3 active Dispatch worker lanes per room. Plus removes the hosted-room count cap and runs up to 6 active Dispatch worker lanes per room. Parent terminals do not use the worker allowance. Every parent and worker terminal shares a 12-live-lane safety ceiling on the bridge machine. New Dispatch work queues while the host is full or under memory pressure, then starts when capacity returns. Close a hosted room and you can start another straight away. Your partner joins on their own free account. By default terminal history is kept until you delete it; owners can instead choose automatic deletion after 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Plus costs €5/mo flat, on top of what your provider charges for the AI itself.
